I have the honour to inform Your Lordship that

I have appointed, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's

pleasure, Dr. W. B. A. Moore to be a Member of the Legislative

Council during his tenure of office as Acting Director of

Medical and Sanitary Services.

2. Dr. Moore was appointed to be provisionally and

temporarily a member of the Legislative Council in the place of Dr. A. K. Wellington, Director of Medical and Sanitary

Services, whose leave was reported in despatch No.157 of the

9th of April, 1931.

3. A copy of the instrument appointing Dr. Moore

is enclosed.

In accordance with Colonial Regulation 175 1

Enclosure No.2 enclose also a list of the present members of the Legislative
